La Romantica
The chefs at La Romantica have resurrected several near-extinct regional recipes not likely to be found anywhere else. The restaurant was once the stables for a 17th century merchant, and the ambience is authentic and welcoming. One of the more popular dishes is the salana da sugo, which is a tasty sautéed local sausage, usually served with mashed potatoes.
